FLEXSEAL® Spiral Wound Gaskets

Garlockʼs FLEXSEAL® spiral wound gaskets provide superior performance and consistent compressibility. This process of precise winding density control provides a gasket designed to meet your specified seating stress and assures consistent sealing of your most critical fluids.


Garlock FLEXSEAL® Spiral Wound Gaskets are durable and easily installed and removed. FLEXSEAL® gaskets seal pressures to flange ratings, in accordance with ASME B16.20.


The FLEXSEAL® line of gaskets accommodate a variety of conditions by combining various metals and filler materials. They are ideal for hydrocarbon processing and refining, petrochemical processing, chemical processing, power generation, pulp & paper and oil and gas industries.

Garlock® THERMa-PUR® gasket material is designed to withstand continuous or cycling temperatures up to 1832°F / 1,000°C. It is also highly resistant to oxidation, reducing the need to re-torque the bolts.

Kammprofile Gaskets

Garlock Kammprofile Gaskets provide exceptional reliability in difficult applications. Kammprofile Gaskets accommodate standard ASME flanges as well as non-standard flanges including lighter weight flanges, valves, pumps, flanges, heat exchangers and vessels. 


Kammprofile™ Gaskets are also an excellent choice for old, worn heat exchangers originally designed for jacketed gaskets.  


The Kammprofile™ handles pressures from full vacuum to the maximum rating of the flange and withstands temperatures from cryogenics to 2000°F / 1090°C, depending on sealing material and metal core.
